National Fellowships
Students in the College of Arts & Letters are extraordinarily successful earning prestigious national fellowships and scholarships. From 2020 to 2023, 91 scholars won Fulbrights, and through 2022, 16 have been named Rhodes Scholars.
The Flatley Center for Undergraduate Scholarly Engagement (CUSE) offers guidance and support for students and recent alumni interested in pursuing these and other significant academic opportunities. CUSE staff members assist students with every stage of the process, including identifying relevant opportunities, preparing to apply, drafting and revising a competitive application, and practicing interview skills.
