Part-time Studies
Definition
Part-time status is defined as less than 12 credit hours a semester and is reserved for those who are seniors in their final semester.
Approval
.Any student who is interested in pursuing part-time status must seek approval from the Office of Undergraduate Studies .
The student must request conversion to part-time status and receive approval prior to the seventh class day of a semester. The dean will then notify the Office of Student Accounts of the student’s change in status. Student Accounts will then make any necessary tuition adjustments.
Tuition Adjustments
The dean will notify the Office of Student Accounts of the student’s change in status. Student Accounts will then make any necessary tuition adjustments. Tuition will not be adjusted unless the dean grants permission and the student’s class schedule is changed prior to the seventh class day of the semester.
